The Dashboard is your central hub for managing your Momentify profile, tracking fan engagement, monitoring revenue, and keeping track of event activity.


2. What key metrics can I track on the Dashboard?

You can track:

  • Fan Metrics: Subscribers, attendees, and followers.

  • Event Metrics: Past and upcoming events.

  • Revenue Metrics: Total revenue and revenue trends over the last 30 days.

  • Superfan Percentage: The proportion of superfans in your audience.


3. How can I edit my profile from the Dashboard?

Click the "Edit Profile" button in the welcome header at the top of the Dashboard to update your artist details, such as profile picture, bio, and contact information.


4. What does the interactive event map show?

The interactive map displays locations for both past and upcoming events, helping you visualize your reach and plan for future events.


5. How do I find my top fan?

Your top fan is highlighted in the "Top Fan" section of the Dashboard. You can view details such as their location, event participation, and engagement level.


6. What are "Superfans"?

Superfans are your most dedicated followers who engage with your content and events more actively than regular fans. The Dashboard shows the percentage of superfans in your audience.


7. What is the "Suggested Actions" section?

The "Suggested Actions" section provides tailored recommendations to help you grow your audience, improve engagement, and increase revenue.


8. How do I monitor my revenue on the Dashboard?

The Dashboard shows:

  • Total Revenue: Your all-time earnings.

  • Last 30 Days Revenue: A breakdown of your recent income trends by categories such as collectibles and tickets.


9. Can I customize the Dashboard?

Currently, the Dashboard offers a fixed layout focused on key metrics and actions. Future updates may include more customization options.


10. How do I ask for help or guidance from Milo?

Click the "Ask Milo" button on the Dashboard to get insights, suggestions, or answers to your questions about growing your career and using the platform.


11. How can I access additional tools and resources?

Visit "The Hub" by clicking the link at the bottom of the Dashboard. The Hub offers integrations and tools to help you better understand, connect with, and monetize your fanbase.
