1. How do I add ticketing to my event?
To add ticketing, go to the Events section and click on the "Add and Ticket Event" button. Follow the prompts to set up your event details, ticket tiers, and optional features like smart tickets.


2. Can I sell tickets directly through the platform?
Yes, the platform supports native ticketing. You can set ticket tiers, prices, and limits directly within the event setup process.


3. What are smart tickets, and how do they work?
Smart tickets are blockchain-based tickets that offer additional control and transparency. They allow you to:

  • Set resale price limits.

  • Collect royalties on secondary sales.

  • Ensure safe and automated escrow of funds.

  • Enable free ticket transfers for fans.


4. Can I limit the number of tickets a fan can purchase?
Yes, during the ticket setup process, you can specify a maximum number of tickets each account can buy.


5. How does the Promote-to-Earn feature work?
Promote-to-Earn allows fans to share a unique referral link to sell tickets. Event organizers can allocate a percentage of ticket revenue to a promoter pool, and fans earn a share of this pool based on the number of tickets they sell.


6. Can I upload custom images for my tickets?
Yes, you can upload custom ticket images during the setup process. Use a 1:1 image ratio for the best display.


7. How do I set resale price limits and royalties?
Resale price limits and royalties can be configured in the smart ticket settings during the ticket setup process. You can set a percentage for maximum resale prices and royalties for secondary sales.


8. What happens if I make a mistake during ticket setup?
You can review all ticket details on the "Review" screen before finalizing. If changes are needed after finalization, contact support for assistance.


9. When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets go on sale at the date and time specified during the setup process. Make sure to set the correct timezone for your event.


10. Can I track ticket sales and promoter activity?
Yes, you can view detailed insights on ticket sales and promoter activity in the event's management and promotion sections.
