1. Creating a Message
Step 1: Choose Your Audience
Upon selecting the Create button in the Messages section, you will be prompted to choose your audience:
Everyone: Send a message to all your subscribed fans.
Targeted: Filter your audience by specific criteria such as:
Attendees: Fans who attended a specific event.
Country: Fans based in a selected country.
City: Fans located in a specific city.
Step 2: Select the Message Type
You’ll then choose between the following message types:
Simple Message: Includes text and optional images to communicate directly with fans.
Promotion Message: Allows you to attach a link with a call-to-action (CTA), directing fans to external sites for ticket purchases, content, or more.
Step 3: Compose Your Message
Enter the message details in the editor:
Title: Create a short, descriptive title for your message.
Body: Add the main content of your message, with formatting options available for text.
Image (Optional): Upload an image to enhance the message. Supported formats include PNG, JPEG, and WEBP (max size 300MB).
Link and CTA (For Promotion Messages): Add a URL and specify the CTA button text (e.g., "Buy Tickets" or "Learn More").
Step 4: Preview and Send
Use the live Preview Panel to review your message as fans will see it.
Click Continue to finalize and send your message to the selected audience.
