The Promote to Earn feature allows event organizers to empower their fans to promote events and rewards them for ticket sales through referral links. By leveraging blockchain-based transparency, it creates a gamified and decentralized system to incentivize fan-driven ticket sales while maximizing event reach.

How Organizers Set Up Promote to Earn

  1. Define the Promotion Pool

    • As the event organizer, you can allocate a percentage of the event's revenue to the promotion pool.

    • This pool is shared among fans (promoters) based on the number of tickets sold via their referral links.

  2. Track Referral Sales

    • Use the platform to monitor which tickets have been sold through referral links.

    • View real-time insights into:

      • The total size of the promotion pool.

      • Individual contributions from fan promoters.

  3. Distribute Rewards

    • The promotion pool is automatically distributed among promoters based on their referral sales.

    • Payouts are processed 48 hours after the event, ensuring that all transactions are finalized before distribution.

How Fans Participate in Promote to Earn

  1. Create a Referral Link
Fans, known as "Fan Promoters," can generate a unique, trackable referral link for the event.

  2. Share and Promote

    • Share the referral link through social media, messaging apps, or email.

    • Promote the event creatively to reach a broader audience and drive ticket sales.

  3. Track Performance

    • Fan promoters can monitor their referral activity, including:

      • The number of tickets sold through their link.

      • Their current share of the promotion pool.

  4. Earn Rewards

    • Fans earn a share of the promotion pool proportional to the number of tickets sold through their link.

    • Rewards are distributed 48 hours after the event concludes.

Example: How Promote to Earn Rewards Work

  • Event Revenue: $1,000

  • Promotion Pool: 5% ($50)

  • Total Tickets Sold via Referrals: 10

If you sell 2 tickets:

  • Share per ticket: $50 ÷ 10 = $5 per ticket

  • Your total earnings: 2 × $5 = $10

If you sell 5 tickets:

  • Share per ticket: $50 ÷ 10 = $5 per ticket

  • Your total earnings: 5 × $5 = $25

The more tickets sold via your referral, the bigger your share of the pool.

Key Features of Promote to Earn

For Organizers:

  • Flexible Pool Allocation: Set a percentage of event revenue for the promotion pool.

  • Real-Time Tracking: Monitor referral sales and track which tickets were sold through affiliate links.

  • Transparent Distribution: Rewards are distributed fairly, ensuring accountability and trust.

For Fans:

  • Earn by Promoting: Fans become part of the event's success, earning a share of the pool for their contributions.

  • Creative Freedom: Fans can use their unique style to promote the event across their networks.

  • Performance Insights: Track referral activity and see how much of the promotion pool you are set to receive.
