The Your Event - Details Page allows artists to manage, promote, and track their events comprehensively. This page is divided into various subsections to help you efficiently organize and optimize your event.


Overview Section

  • Venue: Displays the event's location and name for quick reference.

  • Date and Time: Clearly shows when the event is happening.

  • Lineup: Includes all performers, highlighting the headline artist and supporting acts.

  • Event Name: Displays the official event title for recognition.

  • Event Image: Customize the event image that fans will see in the app.

  • QR Code: Generate and export a QR code to simplify ticket collection or event promotions.

  • Artist Moment: Upload a unique image to create a collectible that fans can claim when attending your event.


Sales Section

  • Ticket Sales: Monitor ticket sales progress in real time.

  • Revenue Breakdown: Understand ticket revenue, fees, and more.

  • Sales Channels: Track which platforms are driving sales (e.g., Ticketmaster, Dice).

  • Secondary Market: View any resale activities enabled via Smart Tickets.


Ticket Details Section

  • Ticket Types: Define multiple ticket tiers such as General Admission or VIP.

  • Pricing: Adjust ticket prices directly or set limits for Smart Tickets.

  • Resale Policies: Enable limits on resale prices and add royalties for secondary sales.
